organisation BUOC premier weekend

Hello,

étant donné que nous nous y sommes pris super tard pour composer notre équipe, nous sommes en retard pour les réservations du logement. Il n'y a pas de possibilité de logement sous tente.
Nous devrons organiser du covoiturage...

J'ai proposé aux NUTS de se joindre à nous, mais pas mal de leur joueurs sont déjà inscrit avec d'autres équipes.

Nous sommes encore trop peu nombreux. N'hésitez pas à faire appel à vos connaissances dans les autres équipes qui ne participent pas. Il reste 5 places à prendre.

Timeline:

-          Before Saturday March 8th (in 5 days !!!) at 18h00 : let us know if you want to sleep in the gym, and send us the number of dinners and breakfasts your team needs.

-          Before Saturday March 15th : make a payment of everything you ordered (dinner, breakfast, gym) to our account



Tournament:

-          All info about the schedule, format, games will be send out by the BUF. We can’t provide you with any info about this at this time



Tent

-          Big heated tent available next to field 2, same location as on TT. You’ll be able to have a drink or something to eat in here. Breakfast and dinner will also be served in the tent



Dinner on Saturday

-          We can offer you Pita a volonté @ 10 euro per person. Vegi alternative at the same price. This has to be pre-ordered!



Breakfast:

-          We can offer you breakfast on Saturday and/or Sunday @ 5 euro per person per day. This has to be pre-ordered as well!



Lunch

-          We will sell cold and warm snacks in the tent during the games on Saturday and Sunday. No need to pre-order this.



Lodging:

-          We can offer you a spot in the gym-on-site on Friday-night and/or Saturday-night @ 6 euro per person per night. You only have to bring something to sleep on and a sleeping bag, no need for a tent. About 170 players can sleep in the gym, so this is for the quickies!

-          You are NOT allowed to set up a tent on-site to sleep in. If you want to camp, you can go the “real” camping not so far away : Memling

-          Of course you can arrange your own lodging too if you want, you can find several addresses of hotels and youth-hotels on the website of Tom's Tourney or on the website of Brugge



Party:

-          Teams arriving on Friday-evening are welcome to join us in the tent for a drink between 19h and 23h

-          There’s a party on Saturday-night in the scouts Don Bosco. This is on-site so no problem to attend !



Payment:

-          You already made a payment of the teamfee to the BUF, you still need to make a payment if you order something through us (breakfast, dinner, gym)

-          Fill out the form on our website http://www.frisbee.be/index.php/buoc-2014 with the numbers of your TEAM. If your CLUB has several teams in BUOC then you can assemble your data for the different teams and fill out 1 form, please let us know if this is the case in the “remarks” field at the bottom

-          If you don’t need anything from us, then please also fill out the form before Saturday, so I know I won’t need to send a reminder

par rapport au logement, on peut imaginer louer un camping a coté de Bruges. J'en ai trouver un à 12 euros par nuit pour loué l'emplacement d'une tente.
Le camping se situe à Veltemweg 109 8310 Brugge. Ca s'appelle Camping Memling.
C'est juste une propostion pour éviter trop tôt dimanche...

Perso je serai chaud camping... Qu'on reste dans l'ambiance et qu'on aille se boire un verre en ville! Pour être clean le lendemain comme à notre habitude

On va voir demain à l'entrainement qui est chaud et on reservera.

Pour ceux que ca interesse, mon compagnon et moi avons reserve 2 lits dans une auberge de jeunesse a 2 pas des terrains. La nuit est a 18 euros, petit-dejeuner compris. Je vous mets le lien :
